About Me
Dr. Sola Togun-Butler
Dr. Sola Togun-Butler is the Founder, CEO, and Psychotherapist at Butterfly Counseling Services. She is also the Founder, CEO, & Certified Professional Life Coach at Transformative Coaching & Consulting. She was an Assistant Professor and Associate Chairperson in the Human Services Department at St. Joseph’s University in Brooklyn, NY.
Dr. Sola has a Ph.D. in Education from Northcentral University, a Master’s degree in Social Work from Silberman School of Social Work, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Brooklyn College. She is a licensed clinical social worker in the States of New York, New Jersey, and Ohio. She has been in the field of social work for over 15 years and has experience in mental health, medical social work, substance abuse, foster care, gerontology, and foster care prevention. She is also a Certified Professional Life coach and Online Course Creator focusing on wellness and relationships. She is a professional speaker who highlights the importance of mental health and wellness while offering solutions to minimize stress, prevent burnout, and achieve balance.
